Renowned author, program designer, trainer, executive, and consultant, Bill Haggart offers extensive nationwide experience and a passionate, eclectic approach to enhancing educator effectiveness and student success.
A classroom teacher for fourteen years, Bill struggled during that time to find practical applications for the explosion of learning research and theory that had taken place in recent years. The discoveries he made inspired in him the desire to share with others his insights into student learning and success.
Since 1987, Bill has worked with hundreds of schools and thousands of educators nationwide to enhance student achievement. In the process he created a group of consultant/educators known as Insights and Innovations – seasoned professionals dedicated to renewing the focus on the learning process in staff development. Over the years, the need for schoolwide change has expanded the group’s focus to include an even greater range of organizational topics and key staff skills.
Systemic support for all who work in schools should be the focus of any true learning community. So it is for Bill and his colleagues at Insights and Innovations. |
